Clackamas Community Alliance (CCA) is a community-led group supported by Clackamas County working to advance a coordinated, local response and strengthen partnerships while addressing the crisis of opioids and other drugs.

Recovery Fest 2026
Hosted by 4D Recovery in partnership with the CCA, the event brought around 70 people on September 16th together to celebrate Recovery Month.
The event centered on connection, hope, and community, with music, a powerful drumming performance by Painted Horse Recovery, personal recovery stories, and connections among peers, providers, and treatment and recovery supports.
A huge thanks to the many incredible partners who help make this work possible across Clackamas County.
