Methamphetamine is more prevalent, more potent and deadlier than ever - second to fentanyl as the most critical drug threat.

Description: The goal of this webinar is to build a shared understanding of stimulant use trends and spark increased interest in working towards collaborative solutions to strengthen communities in Clackamas County.

As overdose deaths increase and drug trends change rapidly, it is important to understand current data and evidence, so we can work together to help people who use drugs, their families and communities in Clackamas County move towards health and healing.

Speakers:

  • Chris Gibson, Executive Director, Oregon-Idaho HIDTA

  • Richard A. Rawson, Ph.D., Research Professor, Vermont Center for Behavioral Health

Audience: Those who work in the areas of substance use prevention, treatment, recovery, or harm reduction; those who provide services to populations affected by substance use; those interested in learning more about stimulant use.
